1. Who operates the application

MediShop Automation is operated for internal business purposes by MediShop Pharmacy & Wellness, Gomti Nagar Extension, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India. It is intended for authorized staff and administrators, not general public registration.

2. What information the application may access

Depending on the Google integrations enabled by an authorized administrator and the permissions that administrator grants, the application may process:

• Google Sheets: spreadsheet content used for inventory records, purchase orders, audits, attendance and operational reports.
• Google Drive: selected files, folders and document metadata needed to receive, organize or retrieve business records.
• Gmail: email addresses, message content or metadata necessary for configured business notifications and email-based workflows, to the extent permitted by the granted scopes.
• Operational information: workflow execution history, timestamps, status indicators and errors needed to monitor and troubleshoot processes.

Google access is initiated only after the account holder or an authorized administrator grants applicable OAuth permissions. The actual data accessible is limited by those permissions and each configured workflow.

3. How this information is used

We use authorized information to operate MediShop business workflows: processing purchase and receiving records, updating stock-audit spreadsheets, coordinating internal operational handovers, and delivering relevant operational communications. We do not use Google account information for targeted advertising, sell it to data brokers, or use it to train general-purpose artificial intelligence models.

4. Sharing and service providers

Information may be processed by infrastructure or software providers engaged to support our authorized workflows, such as cloud hosting, workflow automation, Google services, and configured document-processing services. Such processing is for operating the requested business functionality, not for independent marketing or sale of Google user data. Within MediShop, access should be restricted to personnel who need it for their assigned responsibilities. Information may also be disclosed when legally required.

5. Storage, retention and protection

Business records and workflow-related logs may be stored in the connected Google account and the systems used to run MediShop Automation. Information is retained for operational, audit, troubleshooting and applicable legal purposes and removed when no longer required, subject to legitimate recordkeeping obligations. We aim to apply appropriate access restrictions and security controls and periodically review access granted to connected services. No online system can guarantee absolute security.

6. Your control and revoking access

The Google account holder can review or revoke third-party access through Google Account connections. Revoking permissions may cause connected automation workflows to stop functioning. Authorized account holders may contact us to ask about access, correction or deletion of information, subject to applicable legal and operational obligations.

7. Google API Services User Data Policy

Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs is intended to comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements where applicable. We use Google user data for the features described here and do not transfer it for advertising or unrelated purposes.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes in actual workflow functionality, integrations, or legal requirements. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated when the policy changes materially.
